Congress to Campus vistors with students

Today more than ever, there is a pressing need for new talent in government at all levels, and young people are discovering meaningful careers in public service.

 

The Gephardt Institute, with the help of a "Making the Difference" grant from the Partnership for Public Service, has embarked on a campaign to promote public service careers at Washington University.

 

Forming Networks and Sharing Resources

The Institute has established a Public Service Careers Network composed of Washington University faculty and staff who support this initiative. 

 

We are also reaching out to students across all academic disciplines.  Many students are unaware of the plethora of opportunities within the government and non-profit sector. We strive to connect students with the necessary resources for conducting effective public service internship and job searches.
