Elections and Voting

Exercise your Right!

All Washington University community members are encouraged to exercise their right to vote if they are eligible.  Students must decide if they would like to vote in Missouri while they are living here or vote absentee in their home state.  They can register to do either at TurboVote.   Students should also consider if voting in Missouri will affect their ability to apply as a resident for in-state graduate or professional school later.  Voting here does mean someone gives up his or her residency, but may be one factor considered among several.  Click here for full information and individual state policies.
